I guess many will agree that the best time to buy a house in on Christmas Day. This is because people are in good moods, celebrating, opening presents and enjoying family.

Of course, you need to find a real estate agent who is willing to work on Christmas and aggressive enough to worm her way into the seller’s home without batting an eyelash.
