Busy Buying & Selling Outer Banks Foreclosures

I haven’t seen my best gal for a few months. I know she has been busy buying and selling foreclosures.

The last time I talked to her was a few months ago. She was in the mid of paying money for one of the Outer Banks foreclosures.

She is actually one of the many buyers who takes advantage of the bad economy and cheap properties. She buys a property, cleans it and sells it for a profit.

Isn’t it good that more people are showing up at foreclosure sales, and more properties are selling?
