Ouch, Stomachache!

Ouch, stomachache again! Oh, what have I eaten that causes my stomachache?

Oh, no, the meat bun that I ate half an hour ago! Argh, I should have heated the bun first before I ate it!

I bought a few meat buns to eat yesterday. As the one I ate just now was the last one, I thought no harm eating it cold.
