No Lunch & Dinner

I know I am crazy to have chosen high fat and cholesterol food for my breakfast just now, but I couldn’t help. It’s too yummy. Yummy!

Now that I am back to my computer desk, I must admit that I am feeling guilty for eating such high fat and cholesterol food.

To cut down on the intake of fat for the rest of the day, I am going to eat nothing except cereal. Right, eat cereal while looking for bpi certification info or updating my niche blogs.

No lunch or dinner for today.
